Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in leading and scaling engineering teams.
  • Deep knowledge of modern software development, architecture, and infrastructure, with experience building and scaling complex systems.
  • Ability to create a clear technical vision and make informed decisions that balance short-term needs with long-term goals.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring engineers and influencing stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, hiring, and developing top engineering talent, with extensive people management experience.
  • Expertise in resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, with a focus on agility and adaptability.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
