As Head of Campaign Insights, you will be responsible for overseeing campaign development research and measurement, partnering with brand teams to provide thought leadership and recommendations, and synthesizing best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a global team of insights practitioners, focusing on coaching and development.
  • Oversee campaign development research and measurement across various targets and categories.
  • Partner with brand teams to provide thought leadership and consumer-centric recommendations.
  • Synthesize best practices and campaign takeaways to drive continuous improvement.
  • Present campaign learning, data, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Oversee brand health tracking across markets and workshop findings with marketing and product teams.
  • Build strong relationships and influence throughout the growth organization.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, with a passion for brand-building and consumer-obsessed organizations.
  • 8+ years of experience leading campaign development research and measurement, including extensive experience managing global qual and quant studies.
  • 5+ years of experience in people development, with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
  • Positive can-do attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to form strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior-level business partners.
  • Curious mindset, with a passion for uncovering the 'why' and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Experience connecting the dots from disparate data to drive business growth.
  • Expertise in working efficiently and effectively in a highly matrixed global organization.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in market research, marketing, statistics, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or equivalent experience highly desirable.
