About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Equans in Montreal. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure the overall condition of the building.
  • Respond to service requests from tenants and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the coordination of maintenance activities with external contractors and other team members.
  • Conduct daily rounds of the building to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of equipment and supplies.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Valid authorization to work in Canada.
  • Ability to pass the required security clearance.
  • Strong commitment to health and safety protocols.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance and repair.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and GMAO systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • DEP in building maintenance.
  • Training in health and safety protocols.
