Job Title: Master Electrician - Installation and Maintenance Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Master Electrician to join our team as an Installation and Maintenance Specialist. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings, including construction sites, service locations, and maintenance facilities.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Install electrical controls and panel boxes
  • Replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes
  • Provide professional customer service
  • Install underground wiring and cables
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Splice, join, and connect wires
  • Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults, and circuit integrity
  • Determine suitable materials and methods for hazardous locations
  • Troubleshoot and isolate faults
  • Install surface mount and/or overhead cables
  • Instruct apprentices
  • Install power generation, standby power generation, and power conditioning systems
  • Supervise other workers
  • Ground and bond electrical equipment, systems, and structures
  • Evaluate costs and materials
  • Renoivate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Electrician Trade Certification
  • Working at heights training
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Construction Electrician Red Seal Certificate
