Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Leader to join our team at Natures Path Foods. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive PMO framework from scratch, including methodologies, governance structures, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a PMO framework that aligns with business objectives
• Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align PMO objectives with business goals
• Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and manage a project portfolio, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources
• Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms to track project performance and overall PMO effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years experience in technical project management, with at least 2 years in a PMO leadership role
• Proven experience implementing a PMO from the ground up
• PMP, Agile Scrum, PRINCE2, or similar certifications
• Experience managing COTS software implementations, ideally in the consumer goods industry

Preferred Skills:

• Strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Analytical skills and proficiency in project management tools and software
• Ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams

This is a hybrid role located in Richmond BC. Based on experience, the salary range will be $115,000 - $150,000 with a 15% bonus.
