Skilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team at Shercom Industries Inc. as a Hand Tool Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, repairing or replacing defective parts, and testing and adjusting repaired products for proper functioning.

• Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair
• Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools
• Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning
• Calibrate products using hand tools
• Welding experience

• 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically demanding work
• Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling

The successful candidate will work in a dusty, noisy, and outdoors environment. Steel-toed safety boots are required.
