Job Summary:
Elevate your nursing career with a challenging and rewarding role at Edgewood Health Network Inc. As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Detox and Addictions program, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals struggling with addiction.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position working on our 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have a valid LPN license with the College of Nurses of British Columbia, trauma-informed training experience, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for administering medications, providing nursing care, and supporting patients through their recovery journey.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer medications according to organizational policies and procedures
- Provide nursing care and interventions to patients during medically supervised detox
- Gather medical history, conduct clinical assessments, and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in KIPU electronic medical record system

Requirements:
- Valid LPN license with the College of Nurses of British Columbia
- Trauma-informed training/experience an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License in good standing
