About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Atlantik Quality Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as shopping for groceries and household supplies, and managing client records.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess a valid CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French is required.
  • Work Schedule: Work a variable schedule, up to 44 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
