Job Title: IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with key stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies
  • Gather requirements from business units and translate them to programmers and developers
  • Prepare cost-benefit analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
  • Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in programming languages, including Python
  • 4-5+ years of recent hands-on experience writing, reading, and constructing advanced Python scripts independently
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions
  • Experience with project-related tools, processes, and the SDLC lifecycle
  • Solid communication skills to convey technical documents to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Skills:
  • Retail product experience and IFRS9, associated risk models
  • Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage
  • Google Cloud knowledge and experience
Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional analysis skills and ability to follow data flows/processes
  • Solid communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Resourceful and proactive attitude with aptitude towards self-learning
Selection Process:
  • MS Teams Interviews (video)
  • First round: behavioral and technical interview with HM and team BA
  • Second round: behavioral panel interview
