At LINK-X TRANSPORT INC., we are seeking a skilled Truck Driver - Long Haul Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across the country. Your expertise and professionalism will ensure the timely delivery of our customers' cargo, while adhering to the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain a tractor-trailer unit, ensuring it is in optimal condition for long haul transport.
  • Manage cargo loading and unloading, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of cargo, hours of service, and fuel consumption.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Participate in regular vehicle inspections and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 1 driver's license and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in long haul truck driving.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
