We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician Specialist to join our team at Hamilton Kent, a leading manufacturer of rubber gasket products. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on injection and compression molds to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with molding machines to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Operate mobile material handling equipment to position machinery and parts during installation, setup, and repair.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and maintain all injection and compression molds to ensure they meet manufacturer specifications.
  • Use proper safety protocols and equipment to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of injection molding machines and rubber/plastics manufacturing processes.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator with strong written and oral skills.
