About the Role:

Caring People Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to clients
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide emotional support and companionship to clients
