About This Job

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Circle-K. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling and Operations: Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, processing payments, handling cash, cheques, and credit/debit card transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain store inventory by stocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and rotating stock to ensure optimal product visibility.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain store appearance, and support visual merchandising initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: Previous retail experience is an asset, but we offer comprehensive training for new hires.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift; standing for extended periods.
