Retail Store Manager

Urban Grocer is seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our produce department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ordering merchandise, and resolving customer issues.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise staff and ensure a positive work environment
- Order and receive merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to team members
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote a culture of excellence within the store
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or produce department environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
