  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the food services department, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and duties.

  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure accurate and timely food preparation.
    • Collaborate with the chef to develop menus and ensure food quality meets our high standards.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure all staff members are bondable, undergo a criminal record check, and possess a confidential security clearance.
    • Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
    • Stand for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling as required by the job.
    • Meet the physical demands of the role, which may include lifting, carrying, and moving equipment or supplies.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
    • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
