We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Catholic educator to join our team at St. Jude's Catholic Elementary School in Ingersoll. As a Junior Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and contributing to their spiritual, intellectual, and social growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach elementary school students in a Catholic environment
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Ontario Catholic Graduate Expectations

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve school goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Education Degree and good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
  • Qualifications appropriate to the position, including previous elementary teaching experience
  • Working knowledge of the Ontario Catholic Graduate Expectations, Ethical Standards for the Teaching Profession, and the Standards of Practice for the Teaching Profession
  • Practicing Catholic with an active Catholic Faith life
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of Ontario curriculum, evaluation, and assessment techniques
