About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team at J&J Dominion Collision Services (2004). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Replace Body Components: Replace front end components, body components, doors and frame, and underbody components to ensure a safe and reliable vehicle.
  • Surface Preparation: File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, and mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting.
  • Painting and Finishing: Apply primers and repaint surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.
  • Interior Repair: Repair or replace interior components, including damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
  • Frame Straightening: Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment.
  • Metal Cutting and Welding: Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams, and perform welding tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Professionalism in customer service, attention to detail, and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
