Job Role

As a Reproduction Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing reproductive services for customer farms. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, while driving results as a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the reproductive requirements of customer herds and implement strategies to improve fertility.
  • Analyze computer records to identify opportunities for artificial insemination.
  • Provide support to the farm team to ensure the successful implementation of reproductive services.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A full driving licence.
  • Previous experience working with livestock or large animals.
  • The ability to work on a rota basis - 7 days a week, including early mornings and nights.
