Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Nova Inn Wabasca. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing work, hiring and training staff, and maintaining the operation of computer systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate and assign work to ensure efficient operation of the motel
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repair work as needed
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service delivery. The position requires standing for extended periods and attention to detail.
