Leadership Position for Business Growth

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive profitability across our business units. This is a second-in-charge position, working alongside the business owner to achieve a goal of 2x the company within 2 years.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Acumen
- Understand finance and financial literacy to enhance profitability and implement necessary changes.
- Management Oversight
- Oversee and manage four business units and seven key managers, ensuring they meet management KPIs.
- Anticipate organizational needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Hands-On Leadership
- Engage directly in daily operations—this is not a desk job. Be present on-site to lead by example and support your team.
- Industry Expertise
- Bring experience from the landscape maintenance and hardscape industry, demonstrating a proven track record in a similar role.
- A Player Culture
- Foster a high-performance culture by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the landscape and hardscape sector.
- Strong financial literacy and understanding of profitability drivers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
