About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at Creative Children's Day Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement engaging child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Storytelling and Engagement: Lead activities that foster a love for learning, including storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on educational outings.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional care and support to our children.
  • Record Keeping: Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Environment and Safety: Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the well-being of our children.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, community service providers, and parents to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment for our children.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Child care centre, nursery school, kindergarten, before and after school programs
