Global Oil Gas Senior Debt Capital Market Expert

About the Role
This is a senior position in the debt capital markets team, responsible for analyzing and structuring debt issuances for global oil and gas companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze capital markets trends in the energy sector.
- Assist in pricing and negotiating debt issuances, including conventional and Islamic structures.
- Develop hedging strategies to manage interest rate risks associated with long-term debt issuances.
- Collaborate with legal and investor relations teams in capital markets due diligence.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of financing strategies and policies.
- Represent the company in joint venture financing projects and committees.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.
Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, with an MBA preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or debt capital markets.
- Possess a financial certification such as CPA, CMA, CTP, or CFA.
- Have extensive experience in securing a corporate credit rating or understanding of rating agencies.
- Capable of interfacing with senior management in an advisory capacity.
