Job Summary:

As an experienced Arborist looking to advance your career, we are seeking a skilled Arborist Crew Leader to join our team at Bartlett Tree Experts. In this role, you will serve as the leader of a tree care crew, responsible for performing all tree care services safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to share your passion for tree care and enhance the skills, performance, and productivity of other team members within your office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely perform and supervise all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, and removals
- Properly maintain and operate equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts)
- Bring a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site
- Supervise and manage crews while performing tree care services, as directed by the Arborist Representative and Local Manager
- Ensure that each crew member is trained appropriately for each designated job assignment
- Ensure that all tree care work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards

Requirements:

- At least three (3) years of tree climbing (Dd RT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (Class B CDL preferred)
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
- Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated
