Join National Bank as an Operations Agent and capitalize on your ability to work in synergy with clients and colleagues. In this role, you will support your team by carrying out administrative tasks in accordance with Bank policies, standards, and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include warmly welcoming clients to the branch, directing them to the right resource person, and providing top-quality customer service in person, on the phone, and via email. You will also assist the assistant or branch assistant as needed, make daily bank deposits, and submit accounts payable. Additionally, you will carry out daily administrative activities such as mail, distribution, and filing of documents, ordering supplies, and managing conference room reservations. You will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with a team of investment advisors.
