As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning floral arrangements and displays that exceed customer expectations. Your attention to detail, creativity, and passion for flowers will shine through in every arrangement you create.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You'll be confident in your abilities, enthusiastic about learning, and committed to delivering exceptional results.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health and dental coverage, a pension plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in floral design, merchandising, and customer service. You'll work closely with our store management team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays. This role requires physical stamina, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to varying temperatures.
