About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Officer to join our team at Chief Isaac Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage and oversee the financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare and present financial reports to management and the board of directors.
    • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Financial Systems and Processes
    • Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong financial analysis and planning skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in financial software and systems.
