Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Management: Manage and reconcile various accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and loan accounts.
  • Depreciation and Assets: Calculate and record depreciation of fixed assets, and maintain accurate records of asset values.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
