As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments, ensuring the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for training workers in duties and policies, arranging training for staff, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work.

Additionally, you will be responsible for requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, organizing and maintaining inventory, and establishing work schedules and procedures. You will also be responsible for supervising staff in various areas of responsibility and working under pressure, handling heavy loads, and maintaining attention to detail.
