Pro Vita Care Management Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Malaspina. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through attentive and personalized care.
Key Responsibilities- Observe, monitor, and document residents' physical and psychological conditions.
- Provide and assist with personal care to residents as required.
- Ensure adherence to infection control practices.
- Assess resident health status, including recognizing deviations from mental health baseline and differentiating between dementia and delirium.
- Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program.
- Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN.
- Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification.
- Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
- Effective communication skills in English.
