Community Health Workers play a key role in the home health care plan for each client, providing essential support and care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing household support to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Preparing meals in accordance with designated plans
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Observing and reporting changes in client behavior and condition
- Performing delegated tasks according to training and procedures
This is a casual opportunity, which means hours are not guaranteed and may vary. Casual employees are eligible to apply for internal postings, including permanent and temporary positions.
Interior Health Authority offers a competitive hourly wage of $27.92 to $29.60, effective April 1, 2024.
