About the Role

Undisclosed is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Financial Planning to join its executive team. As a key member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee and execute day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and accounting.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports to executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, actively participating in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a CPA designation.
  • At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial management, preferably in a SaaS business.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey financial information effectively.
  • A demonstrated track record in project or timeline-based delivery management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a finance team.
  • The ability to think strategically, providing insights into financial implications of business decisions.
