Bombardier Transportation GmbH seeks a seasoned Senior Hydro-Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the integration of flight control, hydraulic, and/or landing gear systems for hydro-mechanical systems.
Responsibilities:- Participate in the definition, specification, design, analysis, modification, test, and certification of hydro-mechanical systems
- Coordinate product development activities between suppliers and affected work packages
- Evaluate successful design, validation, certification, and delivery of systems
- Contribute to the completion of each development phase deliverables, including authoring, reviewing, and approving
- Solve technical issues in a cross-functional environment
To thrive in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, along with relevant experience of at least seven years.
You should have a background in design, integration, development, and certification of hydro-mechanical systems, as well as knowledge of relevant Airworthiness Regulations and certification processes.
In addition, excellent oral and technical writing skills in English are required, along with motivation, self-starter qualities, organization, autonomy, and ability to work under limited supervision.
