Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Facilitator to join our team at the Ontario Camps Association. As a Program Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality program instruction and providing exceptional customer service to schools, rentals, and retreats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver experiential, participant-focused programming with students for elementary and high schools, as well as adult groups.
  • Provide support in kitchen duties, facility maintenance, and site upkeep as required.
  • Execute programming following all risk management, policies, and procedures, and work within the scope of your training.
  • Collaborate with the Outdoor Centre Director and Camp Coordinator to develop and implement program plans.

Requirements

  • Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification.
  • National Lifeguard certification.
  • Preferred certifications: ACCT Level 1 or 2, Pleasure Craft Operators Card, ORCKA Canoe/Kayaking certifications.
