Job Title: Vehicle Readiness Specialist

As a key member of the Tesla team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the exceptional experience of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include vehicle preparation for customer delivery and active collaboration with your team to identify continuous improvement opportunities within our vehicle readiness processes.

This entails comprehensive preparation of customer vehicles, vehicle cleaning, and ensuring the readiness of new customer delivery vehicles. Success in this position demands a highly efficient and enthusiastic approach to challenges while proactively embracing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Clean service, loaner, and gallery vehicles in compliance with company standards.
  2. Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment.
  3. Ability to spot check and manage paint correction onsite as needed.
  4. Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
  5. Manage inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
  6. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record to meet and exceed goals.
  2. Proactive team member and ability to develop collaborative relationships.
  3. Ability to lift pounds.
  4. Valid driver's license required.
Compensation and Benefits:

Expected Compensation: $35.28/hour, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
