Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at St. Christopher's Hotel.

About the Role

This is a seasonal position that requires a reliable and hardworking individual to ensure our guest rooms are clean and comfortable. As a Hotel Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining hotel rooms, including making beds, restocking linens, and replenishing amenities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing floors
  • Make beds and change sheets as needed
  • Restock linens, towels, and toiletries in guest rooms
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or services
  • Clean and disinfect common areas, such as hallways and elevators
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physically demanding role requiring prolonged standing, walking, and lifting
