Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a professional Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Whitecourt. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel. Your primary focus will be on supervising staff, enforcing policies and procedures, and addressing any customer complaints. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and are a skilled leader, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and hotel operations
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction
