About the Role:

Catapult ERP Services Inc. is seeking a seasoned ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team of experts in delivering top-notch ERP solutions to midsize businesses in Canada. As a Senior Dynamics Business Central Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading clients through the entire ERP project life cycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, user acceptance testing, and go-live.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation Leadership: Act as a vital part of the Catapult delivery team, working with multiple clients on various engagements, and lead clients in vision/roadmap engagements.
  • Solution Design and Prototyping: Create Solution Designs for Customers to help them attain their vision for D365 Business Central and third-party apps in their business.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Work with clients to define, document, and validate business requirements, develop thoughtful solution designs, manage expectations and change, deliver high-quality solutions on various types of engagements.
  • Presentations and Recommendations: Present solutions, design documents, and provide recommendations to clients that represent your expertise and Catapult's solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Understand Dynamics Business Central functionality inside and out, participate in solution design, system configuration, testing, implementation, and support, ensuring that client requirements are successfully implemented.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Business Central or NAV (or equivalent ERP) experience and a solid understanding of the App Market, third-party solutions, and integration scenarios.
  • 4+ years of proven skills and experience in progressively senior roles with a strong and broad business acumen and exposure to various industries.
  • Experience leading clients in vision/roadmap engagements and functional solution design and prototyping experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, and confidence in working with clients and internal teams.
