Freight Hauler

Son's Transport Ltd. is seeking a reliable and experienced Freight Hauler to join our team.

• Loading and unloading goods with precision and care
• Operating straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials across various routes
• Maintaining the condition of the vehicle, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment on a regular basis
• Conducting thorough pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure all aspects of the vehicle are in good working order
• Receiving and relaying information to central dispatch in a timely and accurate manner
• Recording cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption for precise tracking and analysis

• Driver's License (Class 1 or A) is mandatory for this role
• Previous experience as a truck driver is an asset, but not necessary

• A competitive salary estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors
