OPTIMUM TRUCK LINES is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes.
Key Responsibilities- Transportation Management: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety protocols.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to optimize routes, manage cargo, and ensure seamless transportation operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring professionalism, reliability, and flexibility in all interactions.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption to maintain accurate records and support operational efficiency.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train
- Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license
- Work Environment: Physically demanding, with regular overtime required
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
