Job Summary:

The MA SCALE WMS Consultant will be responsible for leading the implementation of Manhattan Associates' SCALE WMS, collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements, and translating those requirements into functional and technical design. This role will also involve system configuration, problem-solving, and troubleshooting operational and technical issues within SCALE and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform system configuration of Manhattan Associates SCALE WMS
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical design
  • Coordinate problem-solving with multiple external vendors for TMS, packing, and conveyor systems
  • Facilitate and support functional and user acceptance testing
  • Troubleshoot operational and technical issues within SCALE and integrations
  • Drive operational efficiency through people, process, and technical improvements
  • Coordinate with Manhattan Associates development and support teams as needed
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience of Manhattan Scale implementations
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles with expertise in warehouse management
  • Complete understanding of inbound, inventory, and outbound in a warehouse
  • Hands-on experience with SSRS, MHE, new site rollout, and automation
  • Good knowledge of implementing and supporting ERP integration with SCALE
  • Ability to provide front-line support to warehouse staff from training through daily support
