Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule manpower, materials, product, and machines to optimize departmental policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Production Scheduler and Operations teams to ensure make sheet accuracy and meet product specifications for domestic and international customers
- Manage employee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
- Direct hourly unionized employees to efficiently operate the facility
- Promote department and company goodwill through proactive employee communication and involvement

Requirements
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Effective communication skills to lead, motivate, coach, mentor, and resolve employee conflict
- Self-starter with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- College diploma or equivalent is considered an asset
- Flexible to work shifts
- Cold and Hot Area
- Attention to Detail
- Work Under Pressure
- Knowledge of HACCP, Health & Safety concerns, and GMP
- Previous experience in a food processing industry is required
- Excellent English Oral and Written Communication; Team Player
- Criminal Record Check is required
