Job Title: General Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit General Labourer to join our team at Artistic Landscaping Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop care, grounds maintenance, and farm operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply fertilizers and pesticides as instructed to promote healthy crop growth
  • Clean and maintain farm equipment and tools
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields and work areas
  • Grade and package produce for market
  • Harvest and plant crops, including seedlings and mature plants
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform manual labour tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Transport and handle farm produce, supplies, and equipment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Exposure to dust, chemicals, and other hazardous materials
