Job Title: Welder-Fitter

Complete Stainless Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled Welder-Fitter to join our team. As a Welder-Fitter, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and read blueprints, drawings, and manuals to ensure accurate fabrication and repair.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications.
  • Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping and bending machines to fabricate metal parts.
  • Fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal to ensure precise dimensions.
  • Determine weldability of materials and operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in metal fabrication and welding.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
