About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Alberta Ltd.
Job Summary
The Machine Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for assisting tradespersons and other workers in maintaining equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Responsibilities
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in a clean and organized manner
- Support tradespersons and apprentices in their tasks, providing assistance as needed
- Clean machines and work areas to ensure a safe working environment
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
The Machine Maintenance Assistant will work in a physically demanding environment, requiring manual dexterity and the ability to handle heavy loads. The role will involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as bending and kneeling.
Weight Handling
The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) with regular breaks.

Benefits

Estimated Salary
We offer an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
