About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Thai massage therapist to join our team at Savanna Thai Massage. As a Thai massage therapist, you will be responsible for administering massage techniques to clients, providing a safe and relaxing environment, and maintaining accurate records of treatments given.

Key Responsibilities
  • Massage Techniques: Administer massage techniques through soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, joint pain and lower grade mobilizations.
  • Client Communication: Explain procedures, risks and benefits to clients, and maintain open and effective communication throughout the treatment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatments given, including client information and treatment plans.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) Certification and meet all necessary licensing and certification requirements.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in a private practice setting.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and values and ethics.
