We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply and Receiving Supervisor to join our team at CIF Composites Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and quality standards
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure seamless operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English
