About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nanny to join our team at Shruti Gill. As a nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and attention to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Development: Assist with homework, reading, and other educational activities to promote learning and development.
  • Housekeeping and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including laundry, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Health and Safety: Administer medication, monitor health, and ensure a safe environment for our children.
  • Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and comfort to our children, helping them develop emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Communication: Maintain open and honest communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's daily activities, meals, and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and patience.
Work Environment

Our nanny will work in a private home setting, providing one-on-one care to our children. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a live-in arrangement and will have access to public transportation.
