We are seeking a highly skilled Machined Parts Inspector to join our team at Quest-Tech Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our machined parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dimensional Inspection: Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Workpiece Preparation: Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly to ensure efficient production.
  • Machine Setup and Maintenance: Set up and adjust production machineries/tools to optimize production efficiency and quality.
  • Instrument Calibration: Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Inspection Records: Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports to track quality control metrics.
  • Machine Operation: Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-quality parts.
