Job Title: Heavy Construction Labourers Foreman/Woman

ASI Tech Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Construction Labourers Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our labourers and ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Labourers: Direct and supervise a team of labourers to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all labourers follow health and safety regulations and protocols, and that the work site is a safe and healthy environment.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with labourers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for labourers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Certifications: Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Tools and Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
