General Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our team in Saguenay, Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor department heads, promoting effective communication and teamwork to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team that aligns with our company's vision and values.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role, with a track record of success in driving business growth and improvement.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs and ensure operational continuity.
